i worked out with my mom and one of my good friends this morning for about half hour/45 minutes, then i went on the elliptical for about 40 minutes… and i want to go back on.
this has never happened to me before lol.

today was a good day.
burned about 700-ish calories and ate REALLY REALLY WELL. i’m proud of myself.
also, i made an amazing discovery. my mom invited her fitness instructor friends over, and one of them brought these things call ‘veggie sticks’. they are like, french fry/chip things made out of vegetables AND THEY ARE AMAZING. they taste sooooo good and A SERVING IS 38! 38 OF THEM! AND IT IS ONLY...
