finally, for all you that have been asking me about my body and what i look like now. here is my full progress from the past year. 

the first picture was taken the day i started this blog, in february of 2011. i weighed 177 pounds and was very, VERY unhealthy. the next few pictures were taking over the following year. i started working out and eating right and living a healthy lifestyle.

the last picture was taken today - april 21st, 2012. after a month or so of taking a bit of a break from my healthy lifestyle because i moved across the country, i haven’t gained anything and i am finally getting back on track. i don’t know what i weigh now, the last time i checked in january of 2012 was 122 pounds.
