I know exactly how you feel! I die during the last 20 minutes and this is my second time doing it after taking a 2 month long break from working out. It will get easier!
oh my gosh! So I'm on day two, month two of insanity and it makes me feel not as motivated because of the fatigue in combination with difficult moves. The last 20 minutes kill! I find myself taking a lot of breaks :/ when during month one I was able to keep up. Please tell me it'll get easier!
