You should snack! If you’re hungry, having a healthy snack is perfectly fine! It is recommended that you snack throughout the day, actually. So just remember that it’s good for you!
hiya im trying to loose weight and really getting there now, i eat well during the day but after tea i usually cant help myself from snacking, not unhealthily, usually fruit or nuts or cereal but it still leaves me feeling like ive ruined a good day of being healthy, do you have any tips on how to stop snacking? x x
