my fit test results:

switchkicks: started with 88, now at 103. 

power jacks: started with 52, now at 60. 

power knees: started with 80, now at 95. 

power jump: started with 20, now at 35. 

globe jumps: started with 10, now at 12. 

suicide jumps: started with 11, now at 14. 

push-up jacks: started with 15, now at 25. 

lower plank obliques: started with 60, now at 80. 

this is a two week improvement! my fitness level has definitely gone up.
