I decided that I'm ready to get fit & healthy but as of right now my fridge is a bit full of unhealthy-ish foods. I would love to just throw out all this food but I have no money to go out & buy healthy food right now. Damn paycheck doesn't get here till next friday! Grrr. I do have 30DS & Insanity now so I want to start asap! Should I start now & just watch my food portions or should I just wait & start once I stock up on the healthy food?
