Yes, that is definitely why. I don’t count calories, I jut eat healthy. If you eat 100 calories of junk, it’s still junk.

I'm on week 3 right now... not really seeing TOO much results yet.... i know its still early, but is it because i'm not eating super healthy? its not that im eating unhealthy junk food 24/7, but i have normal foods.. im just not eating like a health nut. i stick to a calorie goal as well.
