TBH our original roommate isn’t that bad. It’s his girlfriend who is insane. She keeps our apartment at like 40 degrees even though it’s freezing outside. We went through all kinds of trouble with our landlord and maintenance men to fix the heater and she put sticky notes and tape on the thermostat so we can’t touch it to turn on the heat. She has told me that I have to clean up HER messes in the kitchen, they NEVER take out the trash even when it is overflowing and they put more shit on top of it, they ignore us and treat us like we basically don’t exist, and two nights ago they came home at 1 AM, drunk and loud and with their friends and basically had a party while we were trying to sleep. And they’re kicking us out because his girlfriend is ‘officially’ moving in even though she has basically been living here for like the past 5 months.
