As if smoking is healthier than being overweight. How do you even work out if you smoke? How do you not choke and die? People who smoke to lose weight are fucking stupid - and apologies to anyone who is a smoker, but I HATE smoking.

  2. fatalfascination said: the only reason it would *help* is because it kills your sense of smell and taste. You can’t smell food, you dont want it as bad. Self-control and wanting something bad enough has the same result.
