I know that eating clean is WAY healthier for you nutrient-wise (which is why I started last week :) but I was wondering if that was it, like idk how to describe it well because my english sucks kind of but like, does it make you lose weight faster than not, even if you are eating the same amount of calories (example: 1500 calories a day)?

Yes, it does. 1500 calories of crap is still crap. 1500 calories of good,clean food will make you feel better and lose a bit more weigjt faster.
