I have to agree with you that the before and after picture wouldn't be realistic for most people to aim for. Two hours of cardio day is a bit excessive and unless you are a professional athlete it's probably not recommended. I'm not saying she did it unhealthily but you'd have to eat a looot of calories to counteract that much cardio. Its not a good goal for most people to have.
