Muscle/strength training and resistance training. Basically you need lots of muscle to fill out that loose skin! It won’t make it full go away, but it will help. I’m in the same boat, anon.

I'm 5'3" and 115 pounds, I've lost 85+ pounds since April 2011 and still have cellulite and loose skin :( Do you recommend something for ~tightening up?
