My name is Natasha and I'm a certified personal trainer. In 2011, I decided to change my life. At 5'1", I went from around 200 lbs to about 120 lbs in a year and a half (give or take). Since then, I have lost even more fat, gained muscle, and maintained my healthy lifestyle. I have found a passion for fitness, nutrition, exercise and yoga and made it my career. I had a breast lift, reconstruction and augmentation in February 2014 to remove the excess skin on my breasts. Hey, you really are an inspiration! Im 21 and size 20 here in the uk and everytime i see a picture of me, i want to cry :/. I met my boyfriend 5 months ago and he is truly incredible, but theres doubts in the back of my mind that im not good enough for him n it sucks.. I always start something, but living on my own with very little funds means that im eating rubbish from the freezer and i find im not motivated after work to go to the gym. I need a kick up the arse cause i wanna feel worth summin

You should never feel not good enough or like you aren’t worth anything. Your boyfriend loves you for YOU. Not your weight. I understand, my boyfriend and I are very strapped for cash as well, living on our own in Chicago is quite expensive. 

But remember, I cannot want it for you. You need to want it for yourself and stop making excuses.
