❝ Hi there, this might be kind of random, but when I do sit ups or crunches it doesn't take long before my neck starts hurting, long before I can really work my abs, andI was wondering why this happens and how to prevent it from happening? I don't pull on my neck or anything when I go up.. Maybe I just have a heavy head? ❞

This is a common thing that happens when people are doing crunches and such. Try looking up at the ceiling and keeping your chin off your chest and your spine/neck relaxed.
