My name is Natasha and I'm a certified personal trainer. In 2011, I decided to change my life. At 5'1", I went from around 200 lbs to about 120 lbs in a year and a half (give or take). Since then, I have lost even more fat, gained muscle, and maintained my healthy lifestyle. I have found a passion for fitness, nutrition, exercise and yoga and made it my career. I had a breast lift, reconstruction and augmentation in February 2014 to remove the excess skin on my breasts. Hi, I know I probably sound pretty dumb but I'm trying to make 2103 my year and be as healthy as possible. I was thinking about doing the 30 day shred to start off with fitness wise.. Is this a good starting place? I'm super unfit (the stairs to our 3rd floor flat wear me out) but I don't know if I need to be doing other types of exercise too? I don't even know if 30ds is aerobic/toning/whatever! Also I absolutely love your blog I've been reading from the start! Thanks :) x


That is not dumb at all! Make this your year! The 30DS would be an excellent place to start. It is a mixture of aerobics, intervals, strength training and cardio.
