i know there is NO excuse but honestly, i work 12 hour days every day except tuesday. i also live 30 min from work, so im already getting up at 5:30 and sleeping at 10pm, i dont know when to find time to work out. tuesdays i will but i know 2-3 hours a day a week is not going to help me drop the 50lbs i need to drop. any tips besides a healthy diet?

I know that feeeel. Is there no way you could even do something like the 30 Day Shred, which is only 25 minutes long?
