I fell off the work-out wagon a little while ago when college finals & a new job became a lot for me to handle. I've only gained about 5-6 pounds but I fear it's going to keep increasing & my hardwork will be lost. I worked out maybe once or twice the last couple weeks but I let my diet get shitty over the holidays. NOW! Im sick with the flu. How can I feel good about myself while Im feeling so helpless in bed?
Blerggh stupid flu! I have been the same though, I got bronchitis and then I went on vacation so I haven’t worked out in like 2 weeks and I have been eating like shit. But just tell yourself that once you’re better, you’re gonna get back on the wagon and it’s gonna be awesome! That’s what I’m going to do once we’re settled in our new apartment!
