So I'm completely fed up with being bothered about my weight and have decided to do something about it. Your blog seems amazing and I just wondered how you started really, like how did you just stop eating the rubbish and starting the exercise? did you ease in to it or go full on straight away?!

I went totally cold turkey and just jumped right in. I stopped eating shit (stopped eating junk food, processed food, and drinking soda) and started using an elliptical machine 30 minutes a day!
