I've been a vegetarian since August. I cut meat out of my diet because I hardly ever ate it anyway. I'd eat 1 MAYBE 2 chicken breats a month! And turkey and ham during the holidays, of course. Now that I've started working out more, I'm craving meat so much!! Is that normal. Should I start eating my puny monthly intake of meat again? Lol

Hmm, I say if you’re craving it, then have some. I don’t believe in cutting out a food group that is so important like meat, personally, so I say go ahead and have a couple pieces of chicken a month!
