You may want to work out 5 days, instead of 3-5 days a week. I think 5 days is the perfect amount, 3 may be too little. But yeah, your plan sounds great! Also drink lots of water!
Hey, your blog is so inspiring and great and I just wanted to hear what you thought of my plan. I want to lose 30 lbs and gain muscle by May. I am 5'2 and I plan on working out 3-5 days a week (half an hour of cardio and half weight lifting) and eating more proteins, veggies and fruits and less fats and sugars. Will this help me slim down? (I weigh 130 lbs currently.) Thanks, your blog rocks! <3
