Do they have salads? And fruit? Or decent choices for sandwiches and such? If yes, then stick to those foods. If no, portion control.
Hi, I am a college student on a meal plan looking for ways to help me lose weight while still eating cafeteria food if that is possible. I am currently 225 lbs and want to lose at least 80 lbs.
