Hi, I am a college student on a meal plan looking for ways to help me lose weight while still eating cafeteria food if that is possible. I am currently 225 lbs and want to lose at least 80 lbs. I know it will take a lot of time but I wanted to get your advice on how I should start my weight loss journey. Thanks in advance.
Do they have salads? And fruit? Or decent choices for sandwiches and such? If yes, then stick to those foods. If no, portion control.
