Do you think that people who are already kinda thin have more issues to lose weight? I mean I have 5lbs or 6lbs to lose, I work out everyday and I'm pretty sure I eat the right amount of food cause I actually feel great and my metabolism is working better than never. I've been doing this for almost 3 weeks (since january 1th) but my weight is the same. I lift weights too, but I mean, 3weeks?
Unfortunately yes. I haven’t been able to lose a pound for a long time because I have already lost so much and my body is at a healthy weight so the last few pounds I want to lose are vanity pounds. It is rather annoying. But keep working hard!
