Ok so I would like your opinion. I have been loosing weight alot of weight,and i have been trying to tone and i have not seen any results. I started loosing in may and i was 175 and today when i weighed myself i was 118, but i cannot to get rid of/tone all this squishy fat on my tummy, upper thighs and upper arms. what should i do?

Have you tried heavy lifting/weight lifting? That will help a lot.
