❝ I'm answering your anons again, so sorry. But you most definitely can lose weight with pilates! Don't stress out your foot by forcing intense cardio on it. There are cardio pilates and cardio yoga workouts you can do that will raise your heart rate and allow you to lose weight. Plus with pilates you'll get that curvy body every girl dreams of. I seriously suggest you check out Ellen Barrett, she has some of the best pilates DVDs out there. :D ❞
