It took a lot of work. I still freak out sometimes. But I don’t own a scale now, that made it easy haha. And I try to not even look at the calories on stuff. And stressing about it makes it harder to lose weight, actually. It is a matter of loving yourself, which is a long and hard process but yeah.
How did you fix your mental state to not freak out over the scale, or not seeing progress fast enough. I'm having a problem where I constantly freak out about how I've been trying to get a flat belly, but I feel like I'm getting no where.
