❝ For the person who 'dislikes all fruit', why don't you try having fruit in more interesting ways rather than just taking a piece of fruit on it's own and eating it? For example you could make smoothies with fruit and natural yoghurt but add in other things such as peanut butter, chocolate chips, vanilla essence or cinammon! Or you could dip bananas or strawberries in chocolate (only use a few squares though!) or add fruit into your cereal/oatmeal in the morning! Hope this helps! ❞
