My name is Natasha and I'm a certified personal trainer. In 2011, I decided to change my life. At 5'1", I went from around 200 lbs to about 120 lbs in a year and a half (give or take). Since then, I have lost even more fat, gained muscle, and maintained my healthy lifestyle. I have found a passion for fitness, nutrition, exercise and yoga and made it my career. I had a breast lift, reconstruction and augmentation in February 2014 to remove the excess skin on my breasts. hi i really need an opinion :/ basically I've always been big for my height, then just over a year ago I dropped a lot of weight because I was madly in love and I didn't have a lot to focus on so I could focus on weight loss. Now I've put all the weight back on plus another 2 and a half stone. However now I'm doing my A-Levels, I have 3 jobs and no motivation but I really hate my 14.6stone body on a 5"3 frame :( what can I do to motivate myself? I need to eat clean and exercise more!

When I lost the majority of my weight, I was a full time college student and had a part time job. If I can do it, so can you.  You gotta make time for it! Get a weight loss blog! It helps with motivation a lot!
