I figured my return called for a new before/after. Minus 60 pounds. Still living healthy. Certified personal trainer. Trying to lose another 10-ish pounds of fat, and gain muscle.

She is one of my biggest inspirations and why I started my journey. Natasha is truly an amazing person and has made remarkable progress!

I was feeling really good about my body and proud that I got my mile time under 10 minutes so this happened. I wish I had different before pictures to use but I don’t, unfortunately. Anyways, I have a pouch of excess skin and fat on my stomach, as you can see, but it’s finally getting smaller. Other than that, I’m pretty satisfied with how far I have come, but I feel like I still have a long way to go. Abs, I’m coming for you.

This is what progress looks like. 60 pounds down and you can see what I used to be. The loose skin and small pooch on my stomach, my stretch marks. But there are finally abs starting to form underneath. I am starting to finally love my body and THAT is true progress.
