My name is Natasha and I'm a certified personal trainer. In 2011, I decided to change my life. At 5'1", I went from around 200 lbs to about 120 lbs in a year and a half (give or take). Since then, I have lost even more fat, gained muscle, and maintained my healthy lifestyle. I have found a passion for fitness, nutrition, exercise and yoga and made it my career. I had a breast lift, reconstruction and augmentation in February 2014 to remove the excess skin on my breasts. Getting my #mealprep on 👍 ground turkey is my favorite protein besides baked chicken! I use 1lb lean ground turkey and 1lb extra lean. 2 lbs total lasts me a week and stays well after you cook it in the fridge! I season it with organic diced tomatoes and green chile, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder. I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what exactly #teamnocheats is - so here are some basics! I’ve gotten a lot if concern and worry that this challenge is “too restrictive”. If you feel that it triggers disordered thoughts or you are recovering from an eating disorder: DON’T PARTICIPATE! But do not hate or bash others that choose to participate. This is supposed to be a FUN, HEALTHY challenge and some people are taking it so negatively. If you know me, you know I’m all about treating yourself and living a healthy, balanced life. This is a one month thing. I love treating myself and I love cheat meals. But I wanted to challenge myself and others wanted to join in. So please, don’t bring those who are participating down with your negativity! Anywho. Wrote down your own goals for #teamnocheats and make it your own!
