before/after thong thursday edition. yeah, i put a troll face over my boobies. u mad, bro? 
clean/healthy eating + working out like a boss = losing over 60 pounds and changing my entire life.

Post workout. I was sweating so much it was ridiculous. Hour long walk with Fozzi plus 3 miles on the treadmill at 5.5 mph at a 10% incline. 580 calories burned.

Lunchhhh. Giant salad with organic spinach and spring mix, sprouts, turkey breast, avocado, almonds, feta cheese and some pretzel crisps as croutons. No dressing.

Have a chocolate or candy craving? Do what I do. Spoonful of peanut butter with chocolate chips. Heavennnn.

One of my online personal training clients sent me her before/after (or during, rather)! GLAHSDKLAHSDKLA I AM SO PROUD OF HER. She’s lost a total of 25 pounds since March 10th :) So that’s… a month and 8 days? PRETTY FREAKING AWESOME, RIGHT? 

She didn’t want me to post her tumblr URL (maybe she’ll let me post it later) but HOLY CRAP MAN. So proud. 

She followed the meal and workout plan I provided her with and dedicated herself 100% and these were her results.
