My baby Fozzi! For those of you who don’t know, Fozzi is a rescue puppy. He is four years old and came from a really bad home. He was so badly abused that he is missing most of his teeth and he is terrified of everyone and everything. But now he has a mommy who loves him and he is getting better everyday!

Post workout. I was sweating so much it was ridiculous. Hour long walk with Fozzi plus 3 miles on the treadmill at 5.5 mph at a 10% incline. 580 calories burned.
