My mom is awesome. 56 and more in shape than all of us. She has been doing this for 30+ years. She’s a beast.
if you don’t look like a sweaty mess when you’re done working out, you’re doing it wrong.
35 minutes run + 10 minutes of strength/weight training.
having a pretty good day body confidence wise. my pooch is FINALLY going down and it is so close to being gone. aslkdhaskldh. and my ass just keeps getting better xD
