My name is Natasha and I'm a certified personal trainer. In 2011, I decided to change my life. At 5'1", I went from around 200 lbs to about 120 lbs in a year and a half (give or take). Since then, I have lost even more fat, gained muscle, and maintained my healthy lifestyle. I have found a passion for fitness, nutrition, exercise and yoga and made it my career. I had a breast lift, reconstruction and augmentation in February 2014 to remove the excess skin on my breasts. Some of my other interests include Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson, Star Wars, Supernatural, comic books, horror flims, sci-fi movies, Smallville, LOST, cosplaying, tattoos, my dog Fozzi-bear and my boyfriend Mitch! Please check out my FAQ, all of my pages and Google before asking any questions! I offer meal and workout plans online, and for business/personal training inquiries, please email me at makethatchangefitness@gmail.com! Check out my PT page for more info!

This Burlesque-style Twi’lek cosplay is blowing my mind. Source.

So basically I got my boyfriend the best Valentine’s Day card ever.

For all my nerdy, cosplaying friends out there, here’s a nerdtastic before/after. Clean eating and working out = 60+ pounds lost.

The beginnings of our living room. Still need to put up posters but yeah!

A lot can change in a short period of time. It’s been a year and a half since I completely and totally changed my life. Looking in the mirror is almost surreal now. I think that might be why my body image is so distorted, because I’m not used to seeing this reflection looking back at me. I’m still working on accepting my body, and still losing a few more pounds, but I have been feeling a lot better about my body lately. Forgive my ramblings, but I’m just thinking out loud, I suppose.

what if joss whedon directs star wars

Holy shit, I should cosplay as Twi’Lek Harley Quinn. No one has ever done that before.

Oh also, I got my dad a Star Trek pizza cutter from Comic Con. Yup.

Well, here is a nerdy before/after if there ever was one. I used to go to conventions and WISH I was one of those hot chicks cosplaying. I seriously used to dream and make lists or everything I wanted to cosplay if I could.

BUT NOW I CAN.

Thanks to healthy eating and working out, I’ve lost 55 pounds (the before picture was actually taken when I had already lost like… 15?).
